Is this a bug (probably spoiler)

Ive been playing with KSE and have run into a bug or maybe not all my party members have major mood swings e.g from light to dark mastery i was thiking maybe setting there infulence to 100 could change there alingment but then i do something for LS points and boom they go to dark maybe KSE has mucked up my game or maybe its another bug to add to the list can n e 1 confirm this?
