Im playing with elf socerer solo trough TOB and im now 31 lev and reach xcap .Cause im only started sendai enclave is there any way to remove that cap?
btw which is the max level that elfes can reach? thanks

You can use the file that remove the cap for SoA, it works for ToB. The race have no effect on the levels, all classes can reach level 40, some just takes a lot longer than others.
