Question about maximization

Can anyone tell me exactly how many bonuse stats/resistances/etc. there are total for all 3 BG games? In other words how many Bhaal's Tears', Tomes of Wisdom, Dexterity, etc., Machines of Lum the Mad? I suppose I could just read an entire FAQ...

Aside from items, I believe I have a fairly good idea about the stats.
BG1
+1 tome of str
+1 tome of dex
+1 tome of con
+3 tome of wis
+1 tome of int
+1 tome of cha
BG2
-1 chosen stat (not str or char, IIRC) for Demon in dream
+2 STR(evil) or +1WIS/+1CHA(good) from Tear in Hell
TOB
+1 of each stat from Lum's machine
+1 main stat (str for fighter and so on) from Deck of Many Things
Then, there's Item (Like Malla's Soulstone), but I guess they're not involved. If there's more then these, I'm unaware of them.
About resistances, all I know is that you get 10% Mag res at end of ToB, which can be raised above 100 by using Carsomyr and some other fancy equipment. Really usefull, if you ask me.
