Hey there everyone!!
Just finished making and editing a small movie (~750 mb) in Pinnacle Studios. Am trying to burn it onto a 800mb disc...but Nero (which Im using for the burning) only recognizes the cd as 700mb... What do I do to get around this?!?

Try another CD-burning software such as
CDBurnerXP Pro.

You need to enable overburning in Nero settings. It is required for burning to 90min or 99min disks, since most drives detect them as regular 80min disks despite their true capacity.
(sorry, using a localized version of Nero, so the terms I use might not be exact)
Go to (using Nero Express 6):
1) Settings -> Special features
2) Select ENABLE OVERBURN
3) Set time for maximum overburn allowed. For 90min disks set it to for example 91min 0sec
4) Overburning is possible only when burning DISK-AT-ONCE so be sure to select that option when starting the burn.
For true 90min/99min disks you should have no problem burning to their full nominal capacity. How ever the more close to the edge of the disk one burns (this where the extra time is taken from) to changes of failing a burn increases. Using slower burn speeds on the other hand improves the changes of success. So when approaching the maximum capacity reduce burn speed to atleast 16x-20x speeds for better success rate.
