Question: ventriloquist character?

Hi everybody I was told that you can meet a ventriloquist character somewhere, who can become your friend. I searched through many places but could not find him/her, and I didn't find anything on the web. Is this true or am I searching for nothing
? Where can I find him? Thanks for your help

I've never heard of it... If you can't find mention of it anywhere, it probably isn't true.

About your question, I can neither remember seeing any menton of such character. Since there are some many myths around this game, I wouldn't be suprised that you have heard one of such.
But as Nekasrof said, if you can not find any mention about this character, it may be untrue.

There is a perk called Mysterious Stranger, which gives you an ally in combat on an irregular basis (only in random encounters i belive). Maybe this is the guy you are thinking about?
