Demonblade of Charrus?

I looked at this site's list of items for DL and the Demonblade of Charrus appears to be the most powerful weapon out there. Has anybody found it?
Also looking for it or any of the Demonblade serie.
I'm currently Deathlord with lots of spells. I'm having fun and don't really need it. Just curious to try one of these.
Only 2 possible places left. Temple of Soul or in Black Swamp.
I'll manage to try chests there many times just to see!
