Does anybody find that the guy you meet underwater sounds almost exactly like Luke Skywalker when your first talk to him? I wonder if they did that intentionally.

I agree. Sounds more like Luke's friend in another fighter to me. I see no resemblance either.

OK, it's certain.

I have just found the Star Map on Mannan once more and I'm sure he doesn't sound like Luke Skywalker. But I have noticed his voice does change from where you first meet him to where he gets eaten by a Fraxan shark.
