so i finally beat this thing, you know the 5 min, dont let the zombies break out thing thats really hard. the only problem is that the ending is very bugged. after i finish talking with romero, i cant move, cant save (it tells me im frenzying), nothing. also the quest log didnt update with my success, the quest doesnt show completed.

im using patch 1.2 now and just downloaded 1.8. does the unofficial patch correct this? im considering installing it but would prefer not to..the last time i used 1.8 i couldnt finish the tutorial because jack said i "hacked my character" ...

so yeah, i like to stick to the "official" game, but i'll try 1.8 again if it fixes this, and other, bugs. actually this isnt the first bug i've come across but its the first to seriously piss me off. i put a lot into this quest! i want credit!!

jack only said that because your stats were higher than they should have done due to having a discipline activated while talking to him. if you turn off the disciplines before speaking to him the tutorial will work fine.
