Cannot Teleport????

I have gotten all the way to hook coast. Now i need to get back to the Guild but the teleporters are still not working! I cannot charge my Guild shield so not i am stuck!!! Is this a software glitch or is there something im missing!!!!
Help!!!! I really do not want to start over!!!!!

Killed Maze??? I haven't killed him yet? Was I supose to? When am I supose to kill him?

sorry pal your gonna have to start over unless have you been to the barrier yet
if you have and have to go back to the guild your stuffed
youd better hope you havent finished the mission properly yet or your gonna start again

I've been to the barrier. I heard whats her face say and i needed to come back. But im stuck. Can't go anywhere?????
