This car ad will rather make you walk

Dunno how long this video has been circulating on the internet, but I just saw it last Saturday, and felt like sharing it. Please read the text first. It's some of the standard yakidiyak that goes with certain chainmails, but hey: urban legends...
This video has been made for a car ad in Great-Brittain. After shooting it, the editing crew discovered that there was a strange "something" moving along the car, something that looked like a white, ghostly fog. The crew found out that excactly a year before the ad was shot, on excactly the same spot, someone had had a tragic, fatal accident. Because of the disturbing white fog, the commercial was never shown on television.
While watching the video in a few moments, you should really pay close attention to the hood of the car, when it turns up again from behind the bunch of trees in the middle of screen. At that moment, the white fog will appear and continues following the road in the direction the car's driving. Look really close, or you might miss it.
At the end of the video, you'll hear faint mumbling of the camera man, who apparenly also noticed the white cloud. So put on your speaker boxes.
Is this a ghost, or just simply some actual fog? Watch it and judge for yourself:
