Marring a merchant?

This is fable the lost chapters... i got a merchant the barber in bowerstone(i think thats the town or how u spell it atleast.) south to fall in love with me i gave her a ring and she never married me.. i was just wondering can you even marrie merchants in this game o yeah this on xbox..
if not be kinda cool if u could

I have been able to succesfuly marry the merchant in bowerstone south, Hook coast, and Snowspire both the one in the charity shop and in the clothing store. So yes you can marry merchants.

how? i gave her a ring (twice) and everytime i talk to her it just ask me if i want to trade. so how do i get her to marrie me i have the house there and everything :speech:

u need them to have an outline that would be purple if they didn't love you (talk to them out of shop hours, some door breaking may be necessary)

Just use the flirt, manly arm pump and sexy hero pose expressions until she turns green( you can also use presents gems, roses, chocolates, etc) then give her a wedding ring. Once done you have to have a house, wait and she will say do you want to get married.
