anywhere to buy it?
i don't remember feros duul having it before and he does not now - all his stuff restocks instantly
i also made mage aleister my repository of one of all 28 (of 29) i have found/bought so far - he is safe from molestation unlike duul who camps almost on top of a spawning area and will sell me any ingredient over and over now -GREAT for making nether spells - will this still be possible in v.1.4???

If memory serves.....

This is a rare item. received (mostly) only when killing Vorattus or
some other demon type character.

I've picked it up in the Vale of Ruin. You can get it from the two chests on ferncliff's map (if you reload enough), and I've also found it in a chest in the Draedoth temple.
