Satara the Witch/ mirror of vanity bug

I'm in the woods and have the mirror of vanity from the nymph. I goto the witch that is seeking the mirror, and I never get a prompt in the dialogue that allows the quest to be complete. Any help here?

Is your game fully patched? The latest version is v1.66.

I'm guessing here but if you only talked to her when she gave the quest you have to end dialog and then talk again (this is the case with all quest where you've completed them before receiving them). Hope it helps.
