Transponder Card (possible spoilers, but unlikely)

How the HECK do you get that Transponder card!?!? I've finished the main Nar Shadaa quest but I can't for the life of me find that card! Is it on another planet?
Please help!

As the plot of the game goes on, eventually you will be in a position to obtain one.

You don't have to FIND the Transponder card... Just play the main quests and eventually you will find it..

That quest ooozes of linear scripted events as plenty others!
