I have noticed that lately there have been numerous errors affecting the board. I was curious as to what the cause was. I'm assuming the board is just being swarmed with people wanting help with their new toys from Christmas. However, nothing has been mentioned that I've seen about it, and just in case it wasn't brought to the attention of Buck, I figured I'd mention it. (Although I'm assuming it's something he knows of, he's good at fixing things. )

There were a couple of server errors but Buck is probabily working on them right now. And I bet they'll be fixed soon (I havent experienced those in a week or two)

The board had a few issues over the past week and it wasn't until this evening that I had a chance to look into them. I'm not sure what specific errors you've been running into, but I know at least some of them are related to our search index. The index has become corrupted, so I've started rebuilding it. If all goes well, the search function will be back in business by tomorrow morning.

I should have gotten a screen shot of the error. I haven't seen it since the day I posted this, so whatever it was hasn't happened to me since then and I've been on the board most of the time since then.

I noticed the problem was occuring again, and I copied the message I got since I didn't last time.

"There seems to have been a problem with the database.
Please try again by clicking the Refresh button in your web browser.

An E-Mail has been dispatched to our Technical Staff, whom you can also contact if the problem persists.

We apologise for any inconvenience."

I don't know whether that helps any, but I figured I'd mention it just in case it might.

I was experiencing them today as well, couldnt get on for a period of three hours (that period ending a few minutes ago).
