You get it somewhere in Snowspire (I think)

You can find it in the houses of Snowspire Village (in TLC).

When every one is out in town during the day go into each house and check all the book cases and things then you will get it.

question bout the outfit will the normal one or the fire one effect ur guile better or does it stay the same wit different armor rating
