Snowspire Warpaint

I was just wondering something about the warpaint tattoos that you can get in Snowspire Village. There are designs for archers, swordsmen, spearmen, commanders, generals, innkeepers. But, what the hell is a "slinger?" I've never heard of a slinger before, besides a "gunslinger." What is a slinger?

Slingers are dudes that use slings. They spin them around and around and launch rocks from them.

It is a very old form of weaponary - David uses a sling to kill Goliath.
It is a strip of leather - you put a rock in it, swing it round and the rock flies into the target...
