Well well look who's here ...
Me again, uh awesome ^^

So with the help of Search function and 2 members I managed to move on in HotU.

So I am a Halfling (male)
First Class: Sorcerer (10)
Second Class : Red Dragon Disciple (9)

I indeed intend to complete Red Dragon Disiciple to Level 10 but somehow I have heard people saying something about Epic Characters, so what do you think shall I choose, the Sorcerer or Red Dragon Disciple?
I have not chosen any Feats like Still Spell, Empower Spell or some other Meta Magic. This is the first time I play it and I do not know if I should take those or not. I will post you some important facts about my Halfling:

Alignment Chaotic Good

Strength: 16
Dexterity: 26
Constitution: 14
Intelligence: 14
Wisdom: 10
Charisma: 22

Feats:
Combat Casting
Dodge
Greater Spell Penetration
Improved Critical (Dagger)
Weapon Finesse


I am quite unsure if that is okay, cuz I play it first time and if you have suggestions for a better character f.e. choose some feats or skills etc. please tell me okay?
And ask if ya need more info!!!

The overall of your character looks good IMO

Your dex, that is with items isn't it? I can't figure a way to get 26 dex without items on level 19

To answer a question: If you go sorc, you will get access to spells that are more powerful than the dragon breath attack you have. If you go RDD, your AC will increase by +1 for every 5 levels of RDD after epic level. Your breath attack damage and DC will also increase, though I don't know at what levels.

The sorcerer have d4, while the epic RDD get d12. It's up to you do decide how much hp you want through the game.

My tip is to go mainly for sorcerer for the increased spells and damage, while taking a few levels of RDD to get more hp.

As for feats, take Toughness and Armor skin (Epic feat)

Now ... whew found a worthy opponent, called Vixthra or somehow, this is a mighty Dragon I noticed that divine Spells are somehow effective like Subeam (Gem of Brightness I think) but Can you help me what to do? He smashes me up with his negative energy breath and except of Isaac's Lesser Magic Missiles nothing is going to hurt him.
As a Dagger I got Enserric the grey and boosted upp with some special abilities thanks to the smith.
Goddam this Vixthra is strong, can you help me? I am soon annother level and fortunately I can forget spells, so tell me what spells are effective against this mighty opponent!

Did you destroy the dragon's phylactery? If not it keeps resurrecting.
Enhanced weapons work fairly well, +4 and higher are the best.
i used Enserric the longsword and an astral blade +2 upgraded by Rizolvir.

I got him down ... he has indeed resurrected 4 times but I had a trick!
I found those beautiful Dragon Prismatic shoes or somethink like that, they grant you at the cost of -2 Cha and - 5 Persuade Skill

4 Dexterity Bonus
Immunity Fear
Immunity Knockdown

I have in my Party Nathyrra and Deekin, I gave them to Nathyrra and she kicked him but, and that's nasty =) later as I finished him off with my friends, I noticed that Phylactery lol I had not noticed that you can go further. But well it has worked lol! Thanks again!
