For example, if I want to upgrade Bastion's wrecking ball power how do I do that?
I can see the vertical arrow for upgrade but how do I get to click it?

Why is this called RPG/RTS mix when there is no RPG in sight, you have to buy even the basic stuff for every chapter all over again for one of your 4 champions?!
