Agumentations

For Master class weapons, which weapon/agumentations combo would you consider the best for use in melee combat, ranged or arcane combat?

depends, best for fighter would b, any combinations of sharpening and health on a greatsword, for a mage/fighter, health, mana, sharpening on a katana and for a mage as much mana augs as possible on a katana, any spare slots put sharpeneing or piercing, for ranged weapons, crossbow-all sharpening, longbow- mana, health, and sharpening.

by the way, when ur doing arena, ebony crossbow with 2 silver augs kills the white balverines 1 hit :D

For ranged id say a few piercing, maybe a sharpening, or an elemental aug (fire, silver, etc). For mages, all mana, but if late enough in the game, and you can get the frying pan, you can have 5 mana augs, even though it only says 4.

Speaking of augmentations, does the Experience aug constantly give you exp or does it just give you more when you pick up an orb or what? And can you add an extra aug on every weapon, or just the frying pan?

The experience aug give you more experience from every kill, it does not give you constant experience. Also all weapons that have augumentation slots can hold augmentations.
