Problem in Warrens 4

Yeah I have tried everything I can to fix this. I have a Malkav and Ventrue in the Nos warrens they have the pass key but the computer still says I dont have the key. Any Ideas on how to fix this?
I have downloaded and installed patch 1.2 and reinstalled the game. I know my computer exceeds the games specs so I'm starting to think it is a glitch in the game. Any help wouldf be appreciated.

download the latest unoffical fix patch its up to 1.9 now its fixes so many problems and adds so much to the game also the game rarely crashes with the fixes the team have made

I Am currently unable to DL the patches and have gotten two characters stuck in the same spot, stupid thing wont register I have the pass key.

I had something similar happen recently, only in the museum - this worked - I used the cheat to get another key (which I already had but hey...), saved, quit the game, restarted and it worked - well not one the first reload, but it worked.
