Ok, my name is ******* *******, and Im about to flame you all legally.
If someone doesnt disclose there name, how (other than IP's) are they going to know who it is????? They could be using someone elses computer.
And what is the definition of 'annoying' in the governments terms???? Will I have to start stating That my name is ****** ****** every time I use this (*!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!*)???????
I don't think any of the cases would hold water by themselves, but with a Harrassment charge they may.
Well, thats my rant for now.

Wow... I guess you really can start sueing for anything in the US. I enjoy my internet anonymity, thank you. I'll just sit here quietly and hope nobody notices me.
I'm scared I'll annoy someone. I wonder how they'd enforce it?
Well, time to work, methinks.

Well, I'm not a US Citizen, so I can still continue flaming everyone here
Seriously though, is the news.com site thrustworty? I know that the Inquirer isn't, so until I see this confirmed somewhere I think it's a very well-made joke... or are they really that crazy across the Atlantic?

So, lemme get this straight, shy people will get arrested for flaming, and people without shame won't? I'm gonna sue for discrimination. I wonder how much money I can get out of the US government by suing them...

Er....I think to sue you have to be the victim of discrimination. How're you going to convince the court you're shy? It'll take a long time to delete all the evidence to the contrary, methinks

Hmm, good point. I'll get one of my shy friends to do so and we'll split the profits. I'll tell her what to say, and she'll say it. *nods*

GameBanshee is in the US, methinks. I don't remember signing any papers for immigration when I signed up, though...
The Inquirer isn't, but I made my post above so it could go either way. Both ways, its still funny.

make sure it's true before you sue them or else you'll be fined or arrested or whatever for suing under false pretences

Would I be sued under US law if I flamed on GB or would I be sued under British (or rather Scottish) law for flaming from my house... Or both... Or neither...
Er....I think to sue you have to be the victim of discrimination.
Well he'd have to commit the offense (and not get punished), in order to be discriminated against...
However, things like nuicance phone calls are a real pain... Someone used to phone my house at 3am to wake us up, then hung up... We didn't know who it was until I heard him boasting at school...

What you are, Waverly, is a cheeky bastard with identity problems
Does this mean we both get busted?

Wouldn't suggest such a thing. But I was having trouble with "low-unctioning nitwits". I'm sure to a less pure mind than my own that would be disturbing in some unspecified way. And I am afraid you will have to explain Neener.

Yes, disturbing thoughts, evil messages. Villains everywhere nowadays, comming from the past, disturbing our peacefull village of spam.
By the way, can someone explain me what's a nitwit?
By the way (2) can someone hand me a baseball bat?
By the way (3) I want to become Shrek.
