dual classing

This is a stupid queston but what is needed to dual class to a fighter?

You must be human, of course. You must have a 15 in strength (the prime requisite of fighters) and finally you must have either a 17 or 18 (I forget which) in the prime requisite of the class you are dualling to, ie; dexterity for thieves, intelligence for mages, etc...

i gotta be human? Cracker Jack how i try it out and see if i like it. I'll probably just stick with my half elf fighter

You need a score of 15 in the prime requistie(s) of your first class, and a score of 17 in the pr's of the class you are dualling into.
