Trapped in the House of Lords

Well I have a problem I aquired the Argilia and returned it to Lord Galebriand and nothing happened Vecus did not attack me and now I am stuck inside and cannot get out any ideas?

Update for trapped in house of Lords
Now when i talk to Lord Galebriand he says" Stop Vecus Fatien he is Mad" And when i talk to Vecus he says " Stay away fro me" I cannot attack anyone and no one is attacking me.

Well... I think you are stucked, if you have a save BEFORE you spoke to lord Galebriand you should load it and this time listen till the end (I guess that u didn't do that before...) till Vecus starts to attack lord Galebriand and only then go out of the chat and kill Vecus.
If you did do that before, I do not know what is the problem (sorry if so
).
