I think I have a glitch

It seems that I can behead people (mostly guards) with lvl 3 lightning
(I think its funny though)

and also which spot on peoples head do you have to aim at with a bow?I always knock them down instead of behead.

It's not a glitch it's part of the spell...it keeps electrocuting them until they pop literly.
