How do you get across the trap door to open Valduane's cell? Cannot jump that far and according to the walkthrough map, there doesn't seem to be any other way. Need help!

Walk up to the trap door and look down at it. It looks like a red rug. Then there is a gold stripe and then a wide black stripe and then 2 gold stripes. Stand in the center of the black stripe. Save your game. Start a time crystal. Press forward, take one step and before your second foot falls press jump. Good luck D

You can buy crystals of time in Arindale. Not much help to you now, sorry. Usually by now one would have dropped from a chest you've opened along the way. Anyhow I haven't tried this method without one but you should try it. Press forward then jump a fraction of a second later. If you find you jump to late back up one step and try again. By saving in front of the trap door you can just reload and retry till you get it. D

Got the time warp at Arindale and made the jump on 2nd try. Thanks

Has anyone had problem swapping rings? Had 4 rings and found better one. Whan clicked to remove one and then clicked on one in inventory to fill the empty slot, it swapped another one, and haven't been able to put the best rings into slots. In fact, can't even get back to what was there without reloading. Any thoughts.

Thought this would have been fixed in 1.4. Drop all your rings except the four you want to equip. After you've equipped them, you can pick up the other ones you dropped (do this in a safe place, obviously). It's tedious, but it works.

BTW... you can do that jump also witout any ward of time... its easy, you just need to jump at the right place.

And - I didn't have the rings bug, weird (not that I want to have it... :D )
