liches tomb in unseeing eye quest

i've tried to kill the shadow lich that comes out of the tomb but with no success. can anybody tell me whether its actually worth the hassle or should i move on.
It came as a surprise when I cast Abi-Dhalzim's Horrid Wilting (why I don't know), and it just dropped dead! I assume anything will work...even hold monster. Overall, probably the easiest lich you'll encounter.------------------
