Ok, sorry if this is a dumb question----------where am I supposed to use it? I've been to the ruins in Talendor....is there a prompt for me to use it? I'm stuck---help

You use it on Emmindors tower in Arindale (N from the house of the Tiger). then a door appears and you can enter and talk to Emmindor

By the way, to talk to him you will need to get in the tower and then to go out (it won't go out but you have to do it).
