Birth of the Force

A long time ago in a galaxy far,
far away….

It is a time of creation and the discovering of secrets. Two humans and three creatures have discovered a hidden power called, the Force. This power cannot be seen by an average creature or person.

One creature and two humans have found the secret to form a mystic blade made of a of light and heat combined together forming a very strong and dangerous weapon known as a lightsaber.

A two humans named Revan Haze and Palpatine Kordun have created two of the colors. Revan forming a blue blade, Palpatine forming a red blade and a small creature known as Yoda Halmonto has constructed a green blade.

They eventually taught there powers of the Force and their ways on how to create lightsabers to many others. The people broke up into different sides one the lightside also known as the Jedi. Another called the dark side also known as the Sith.

Revan eventually gave into the dark side, he became too dangerous that the Jedi sent Bastila Tareth to capture him, bring him back and erase his memory.

On Revan’s journey to the dark side he brought a follower, Malak Thorn. Together they found hidden Star Maps of a secret weapon powerful enough to destroy an entire planet it was known as the Star Forge.

Eventually Malak grew weary of Revan’s strength that he turned on the Sith Lord. In one move the apprentice became the Master. Now Sith Lord Malak is the Jedi’s biggest threat. They must stop them. The great Republic ship known as the Livieth was attacked and boarded by Sith troopers and destroying it from the inside.

Two escape pods managed to make it on the nearby planet, Taris. One escape pod held two men one called Draith Core and the other Carth Onasi. The second escape pods held three Jor, Seith and Bastila. Malak then received news of this and is constructing a plan on how to capture them….

Carth: Finally. Your awake, you’ve been out for the whole day. I was starting to worry about you.

Draith: Whe-where am I? What’s going on?

Carth: Take it easy. I’m Carth Onasi. We’re on the planet of Taris. Our escape pod crashed here, some Sith troopers managed to show up but luckily I had enough time to find this abandon apartment, we were long gone when the troopers arrived. Now if you don’t mind me asking. Who are you?

Draith: I’m Draith Haze.

Carth: Nice to meet you. Anyways, now that we know who we are we have to rescue Bastila.

Draith: Bastila? Who’s that?

Carth: You’re kidding right? You must have really injured yourself in that crash.

Draith: Yah maybe. I think I hit my head.

Carth: What makes you think that?

Draith: Well, the fact that my head hurts.

Carth: Oh, yeah of course. But to answer your question, Bastila is one of the Strongest Jedi in the galaxy and she is in grave danger. The Sith are looking for her and they will do what ever it takes to get her.

Draith: Wait. If she’s a Jedi can’t she take care of herself?

Carth: I’m sure she can but we have to make sure she makes it. Now, are you going to help me or just sit around while I search for her?

Draith: I wouldn’t just sit around here and just have you search for her. I’m not that kind of a person.

Carth: Good. I’m glad that I didn‘t get stuck with a lazy person.

Draith: Yeah, I wouldn’t do something like that. I’d get too board.

Carth: Oh. So your doing just to keep yourself occupied. Is that it?

Draith: Yep.

Carth: Oh well. At least your helping now lets get a move on.

(Draith and Carth leave the room and enter the hallway)

Sith Trooper #1: I knew you took those supplies from the Sith base! I demand you give them back or suffer the consequences!

Twi-lek Civilian #1: I have no idea what you’re talking about. Please you there help me!

Draith: This is none of our concern.

Carth: What!

Sith Trooper #1: See. Now there is somebody who know’s he isn’t strong enough to defeat a Sith Trooper.

Draith: I never said I couldn’t take you. I just have a long trip ahead of me.

Sith Trooper #1: Of course you do.

Sith Trooper #2: Yeah, this guy probably couldn’t even win a fight verse a paazak deck.

Sith Trooper #1: Probably not. Anyways back to business. Hand it over alien scum!

Draith: You just said the wrong thing to the wrong person.

(Draith engages in a battle verse the Sith Troopers and kills them)

Twi-lek Civilian #1: Thank you for your help. I really appreciate it.

Draith: Don’t thank me. Just give me a couple hundred credits.

Twi-lek Civilian #1: What?

Draith: I said give me a couple hundred credits.

Carth: What are you doing? You can’t do this leave him alone.

Draith: No! I saved his life. I spent my time helping him out! I deserve a reward!

Twi-lek Civilian #1: But I don’t have any credits?

Draith: Then I’ll have to kill you.

Carth: What! No! Leave him alone!

Draith: Shut up Carth!

Twi-lek Civilian #1: I-I-I can help you with some work you need done! I can clean your apartment for you!

Carth: No. It’s okay. Just go on and get out of here. You don’t have to give us anything.

Draith: What!

Twi-lek Civilian #1: Thank you! Thank you so much! Have a nice day.

(The Twi-lek Civilian starts to run off)

Carth: No problem. You too.

Draith: Now how do you expect to earn those credits back?

Carth: What is wrong with you? I can’t believe you would do that to an innocent person!

Draith: Yeah, believe it or not it just happened. I do what I want when I want.

Carth: You know what? You can’t, there are laws on this planet. And there are Sith looking for us and Bastila right now! We can’t keep hidden if your off threatening civilians and troopers!

Draith: Don‘t lecture me, Carth. See the problem with you is that you are too kind and if your too kind then people start to push you around and walk all over you!

Carth: You know what…never mind. We don’t have time to argue. We have to find Bastila and get off this planet.

(Carth walks away and Draith follows him)

Carth: There’s the crash site. Now if we can just find some clues we can-

Canderous: Psst. You two, come over here.

Draith: Who are you and what do you want?

Canderous: My name is Canderous Zoth. Now, I’m guessing you are trying to find the Jedi that crashed in the escape pods. Am I right?

Carth: Yeah.

Draith: What do you know?

Canderous: Alright. I know we all want to get off of this planet. But we can’t due to the docking bay code right now. Now that’s not going to change for a couple of months, which is too long to me. So I’m going to make you guys an offer.

Draith: We’re listening.

Canderous: I know were the Jedi is. If I help you get her, then you help me get off this hell hole of a planet.

Carth: What’s the catch? Why don’t you do this yourself?

Canderous: The catch is, that we will have to break in and steal the Ebon Hawk. I would do it myself but…I can’t take on more than twenty bounty hunters.

Draith: I say lets go for it.

Carth: Wait. So if you help us and we help you then we all get to leave this planet?

Canderous: Yeah.

Carth: I’m not sure.

Canderous: How about I let you keep the ship afterwards?

Draith: I think lets take the offer.

Carth: I’m still not sure.

Draith: Listen, we mine as well try because eventually the Sith will discover that we’re here. Why not try and leave before it’s too late?

Carth: I guess you’re right.

Canderous: Excellent. Now, in order to get her you have to win a swoop race. Now, since I’m betting you guys don’t have any credits so you can sign up, luckily I know some people who can get you in. Their names are Mission Vao and Zaalbar Freer. They are in the Cantina tell them that Canderous sent you. They know the plan, I went through it with them. Oh, and in case you aren’t that good at swoop racing I hooked up a Booster Engine to increase the speed. I’ll meet you two at the race.

Draith: We’ll be there.

(Draith and Carth go to the Cantina and talks with Zaalbar and Mission)

Draith: You two are Mission and Zaalbar right?

Mission: Depends.

Draith: On what?

Mission: On who sent you.

Draith: Some loser named Canderous.

Mission: Hey! He’s no loser. You barely even know him. But anyways, you guys I’m betting are those two from the crashed escaped pods, right?

Carth: Yeah, that’s us.

Mission: Before we talk about the swoop races I want to know your names.

Carth: I’m Carth Onasi. Republic Soldier.

Draith: I’m your worse nightmare.

Carth: Will you just tell her your name?

Draith: What if they just want to kill us and take all our stuff? Huh? Then what tell me?

Carth: I’m pretty sure they won’t do that. Now just tell her your name.

Draith: Who are you to give me orders?

Carth: Your right. I can’t make you do anything. But I can tell them myself. He is Draith Core.

Mission: It seems like you two don’t get along very much.

Draith: What gave you that hint?

Mission: Sorry for saying I-

Draith: Yeah, you should be sorry.

Carth: Are you sure you’re not a Sith because you sure act like one, Draith.

Draith: I don’t know. I could be. I guess you’ll just have to wait and see.

Carth: I guess we will.

Mission: Anyways back to business matters. The deal is we enter you in the swoop race then you have to win the swoop race to receive Bastila. After getting her you have to help us escape by stealing the Ebon Hawk. Now which one of you are going to be the swoop racer. Because only one of you can because of two reasons. One we only have one swoop bike and two there is only one spot left open and it’s my choice on who we put on that list.

Carth: I can’t swoop race. I haven’t even driven a speeder before.

Draith: Wait, so let me get this straight. You can fly a ship but you can’t fly a speeder?

Carth: Yeah. I wasn’t raised really in big planets such as here and Coruscant.

Draith: Fine. I will swoop race. I have to say I’m a great racer.

Mission: Okay. It’s settle than. I’ll go put your name on the list. Now, get ready for the race and sleep good. Because I can guarantee that your going to need all the rest you can get.

Carth: Where are we going to meet?

Mission: In the under city. Just take a left and then there should be a crowd of people there. You won’t miss it.

Carth: Okay. Great we’ll see you tomorrow than. Until then have a goodnight.

Mission: Thanks. You too.

Draith: Okay. You said your goodnights now lets go now.

Carth: Fine.

(Carth and Draith head back to their apartment and talk for a few moments before going to sleep)

Draith: Well, I’m going to bed.

Carth: Wait. There’s something I wanted to ask you.

Draith: Yeah, what is it and make it quick.

Carth: Why are you so mean to people all the time? It’s like you enjoy picking on those weaker than yourself.

Draith: And if I do?

Carth: Well then I’m not sure if I want somebody who’s going to be acting like one of the bantha fodder Sith troopers coming along with me. Knowing that he could turn on me any moment.

Draith: I won’t turn on you, Carth. I promise.

Carth: How do I know I can trust you?

Draith: Well you don’t have much of a choice. Now do you?

Carth: I guess you’re right. But why act so mean?

Draith: It’s nothing personal. It’s just the fact that I lost my memory and can’t remember even one little bit of it. It’s just frustrating.

Carth: I understand. And I’m sorry for giving you such a hassle.

Draith: No problem. Anyways. If that’s all I’m going to go to bed.

Carth: Yeah, that’s all you can go to sleep now if you want.

Draith: Okay. Goodnight then.

Carth: Goodnight to you too.

(Draith and Carth sleep and in their sleep Draith starts to have a vision)

Darth Malak: Together the galaxy will be ours Revan.

Darth Revan: Yes, so it will. Soon enough I will teach you my powers and then you will surpass the rank of Sith Padawan and become a Sith Apprentice.

Darth Malak: Why wait to continue my training until the Star Forge is found though?

Darth Revan: Because, through this journey you must prove yourself worthy of the rank of apprentice. I will see if the Star Forge lures you deeper to the darkside. And if you shall resist the pull then you will have proven yourself worthy enough to me to continue your training.

Darth Malak: I see, my master.

(Draith’s vision ends and Carth and Draith wake up and head to the lower city)

Sith Trooper #3: You there. You cannot enter the lower city unless you either have a Sith form, uniform or are signed up to participate in the swoop races. And from the looks of it I don’t think-

Draith: I am signed up to participate in the swoop race.

Sith Trooper #3: Well. We’ll just see about that. Let me check the hologramic swoop list. What is your name?

Draith: My name is Draith Core.

Sith Trooper #3: I don’t-no wait here it is ah yes, Draith Core. So you’ve swooped race before I see. And I have to say you might be one of the best swoop racers to have ever raced in this galaxy.

Draith: What? I’ve raced before?

Sith Trooper #3: Yes.

Draith: How many wins do I have?

Sith Trooper #3: 491 wins.

Draith: And how many loses?

Sith Trooper #3: None. Not a single loss. I’m impressed. I’m sorry I ever miss judged you. Please, continue ahead.

(Draith and Carth go down into the lower city and talk with Canderous, Mission and Zaalbar)

Canderous: Aww. I see you managed to have found your way here.

Mission: Now hurry. No time to chat right now. Your turns up after these three go.

Canderous: You have raced before right, Draith?

Draith: Apparently.

Canderous: And are you any good?

Carth: Yeah he is. 491 wins and not a single loss. You can’t say that’s not impressive.

Canderous: So many? Well I underestimated you.

Draith: So you did.

Announcer: Next up, Draith Core.

Mission: That’s you.

Draith: I know my name.

Mission: Sorry just making sure you heard.

Canderous: Anyways no time to argue get up there.

Draith: What is the best time?

Announcer: 26 seconds.

Draith: Okay. Easy enough.

(Goes to swoop bike and begins and beats the best time)

Draith: I beat it and it only took me 24 seconds. See no problem.

Announcer: Once again the time has been beaten.

Draith: So close. Oh well just one more and then I win. What’s the best time to beat now?

Announcer: 17 seconds. If you get lower then that then it will be the new record and the best to be scored on this planet.

Draith: Easy enough.

(Goes to swoop bike and swoop races again and beats the time)

Announcer: We have a new planet record! The time is 13 seconds! The champion is Draith Core!

Draith: See what did I say? No problem.

Announcer: Here is your prize! One of the survivors from the crashed escape pods!

(Announcer releases Bastila from cell)

Bastila: It’s about time. It was starting to get uncomfortable in there. Carth? Carth Onasi is that you?

Carth: Bastila! Thank god we rescued you we-

Bastila: Wait. We don’t have time right now we must leave quickly before-

Here is part 3 to it:

Dark Jedi #1: Stop right there! We need to take her back from you! We have just learned vital information about her! Give her to us now!

Draith: No. I won her already. It’s to late!

Dark Jedi #1: That’s not an option.

Draith: I don’t care. I’m not giving her to you.

Dark Jedi #1: It’s not wise to go against an order of a Sith! You scum!

Draith: If you want her you will have to kill me to get to her.

Dark Jedi #1: Fine. It’s your funeral.

(Dark Jedi attacks Draith and force slams him into wall and throws a concussion grenade at the others knocking them all unconscious but Draith still fighting back after Draith wins the battle he takes the Dark Jedi’s lightsaber and takes his companions back to his and Carths apartment. Then screen goes to Endor Spire)

Seth: Lord Malak. We have located Bastila.

Malak: Excellent. I trust that you sent a Dark Jedi to take care of her?

Seth: Indeed we did, my lord. But-

Malak: But what, Admiral?

Seth: She had other companions with her. The Dark Jedi was no match for them.

Malak: Yes. I should have known. Bastila is too strong with the Force for a mere Dark Jedi Padawan to kill her.

Seth: My lord, it wasn’t Bastila who killed the Dark Jedi. It was one of her companions.

Malak: It seems I underestimated her and her companions then. I won’t let them get away, Admiral.

Seth: What do you suggest we do, my lord?

Malak: Wipe this pathetic planet off the face of the galaxy!

Seth: The entire planet? But, my lord we-

Malak: Do not question me, Admiral. Or you will end up like Admiral Virdock.

Seth: Yes, my lord. I’m sorry. It will never happen again, master.

Malak: It better not.

( Draith fell a sleep while waiting for his group members to wake up and they finally do)

Draith: I was wondering if you were ever going to wake up.

Carth: What happened?

Bastila: Where is the Dark Jedi?

Draith: I killed him. I had no other choice.

Bastila: What? You killed a Dark Jedi?

Mission: Nice job, Draith.

Draith: You act surprised.

Bastila: I am surprised. For an average human to take out a Dark Jedi…that’s never happened before.

Draith: So.

Bastila: Never mind. Now we must get off here. I sense great danger coming to this planet.

Draith: What do we do now, Canderous?

Canderous: Now, we have to sneak inside the landing base and steal the Ebon Hawk.

Draith: Lets get started.

(The other group members leave the apartment except for Carth and Bastila who begins a conversation with Draith)

Bastila: Wait. There is something that’s different about you.

Draith: What are you talking about?

Carth: He looks the same to me.

Bastila: No. Something strong with in you.

Draith: What do you mean?

Bastila: You seem like you curious about something. But what is it?

Draith: I had a dream. Like a vision.

Bastila: Of what?

Draith: It was of you battling Revan on a ship. Then the ship was hit and Revan down on the ground as you walk up to him.

Bastila: Do you know what I was wearing?

Carth: What’s that have to do with anything?

Bastila: Everything, Carth.

Draith: A golden sort of robe.

Bastila: I was. What was Revan wearing?

Draith: A black Sith robe with a helmet. With a red line sort of thing on the mask. Why do you want to know this?

Bastila: Because nobody else survived the attack. Only somebody with great power would be able to see a past vision of that. Nobody else has been able to sense what happened on there. It was as if something stopped the anybody from being able to go back to that time and spot.

Draith: So what are you telling me?

Bastila: What I’m saying is you have the abilities of a Jedi…but stronger.

Carth: Are you telling us that he can use the Force?

Bastila: He just might be. Anyways we can’t look into the future now. We have to concentrate on what is going on now.

Carth: I agree.

Draith: Me too. But I want to talk about this later.

Bastila: Of course.

(They all head to the docking bay base)

Canderous: I got the codes to enter here. Now we just need to make it through with out being spotted.

Carth: With all the Sith here I don’t think that will be possible. We would need some sort of distraction.

Draith: I can create a diversion while you all aboard the ship.

Bastila: I think somebody more skilled should distract them.

Draith: I can handle it. Don’t worry.

Carth: You sure?

Draith: Yeah I’m positive.

Bastila: I don’t think you can handle this.

Draith: I can and I will. With or without your consent.

Bastila: I-

Carth: Listen, Bastila. If he wants to do it then let him.

Bastila: Yes. I guess your right.

Mission: It’s settled then. Draith create a diversion while we board the Ebon Hawk.

Canderous: Let’s get moving before more troopers arrive.

Carth: I agree.

(Draith walks up behind troopers and creates a distraction)

Draith: Hey Sith scum!

Sith Trooper #4: Hey you! You do not have authority to be here! Blast him!

Draith: Run!

(The others go onto the ship as Draith is distracting them)

Sith Trooper #5: Hey! There’s more get them!

Sith Trooper #4: Blast them all to smithereens!

Bastila: Watch out!

(Draith gets snipped by a blast on his arm)

Draith: Ahh!

Carth: No! Get aboard now!

Draith: Start the ship! Take off!

Carth: Not without you!

Draith: Start it now!

Canderous: You heard him! Let’s get out of here!

(Ebon Hawk starts to take off and Draith is about to be shot but ignites the lightsaber and deflects back the fires)

Sith Trooper #6: He’s a Sith!

Sith Trooper #7: No he’s a Jedi!

Draith: I’m neither.

(slices off there heads and quickly jumps on the Ebon Hawk as it is taking off)

Mission: Are you alright?

Bastila: Wait! Get away from him! He’s a Sith!

Draith: No I’m not!

Carth: What are you talking about, Bastila?

Bastila: He took out a red bladed lightsaber.

Carth: That doesn’t mean anything.

Draith: I took the lightsaber off of the Dark Jedi I killed earlier.

Bastila: I-I sense you are telling the truth. I am sorry.

Draith: No sweat just don’t let it happen again.

(Carth, Draith and Bastila are at the ship controls and talk)

Carth: So where are we going to hide? There’s no place that we can keep safe enough from the Sith.

Bastila: There is one place. Right there.

Carth: What is it?

Bastila: It’s Dantooin. It’s where one of the Jedi academy’s are. The home to all Jedi.

Draith: It’s where Revan and Malak where taught.

Bastila: Yes. How do you know that?

Draith: I don’t know. It just seems so familiar, like I’ve been there before.

(They sleep on there way to Dantooin. And Draith has a vision)

Carth: It’s about time you woke up.

Draith: Where’s Bastila?

Carth: She went to talk with the council. She told me to meet her there after you wake up.

Draith: Okay. Thanks for the message I guess.

(Goes to talk with the Jedi council)

Vrook: If we teach you the ways of the Jedi are you willing to be patient and participate? Follow our orders, and train long and hard?

Draith: Yes.

Vandar: But wait. We wish to talk to you about these visions Bastila mentioned.

Draith: What happened in this vision?

Bastila: It was Malak and Revan. They found a cave and opened some kind of map that revealed some sort of huge ship sort of thing. They mentioned it‘s name I can‘t remember it.

Draith: The Star Forge.

Bastila: Yes. How did you-

Draith: How did I know?

Bastila: Yes.

Draith: I had the same vision.

Vandar: These visions you speak of. How many have you had?

Draith: I don’t remember. But quite a bit. They all seem to be about Revan and Malak.

Vrook: Hmm. Anyways. We will speak more about it later. But for now we must begin with your training. Master

whereabouts in kotor does it even hint that revan discovered the force in this way? also, the jedi had been around for a long time before revan was on the scene as the republic and the jedi are already millenia old by the time kotor happened.

other than that, i think what you have done is pretty good (needs a little fleshing out but as a base for the script its quite good). personally, i quite liked the whole stealing the ship off davik rather than the sith but thats just my preference.
