New Game patchs and Mod inquiry

I have built a new PC and have previouly finished this game twice. I want reinstall it so it is on my harddrive. I want a great file for BG MODS and Patchs.
So I know some general and basic sites. If I could I would like to request a detailed list that could be worth installing and downloading for later? What are some expanded Patchs? What MODS are popular and what are general or interesting? This thread is for Shadow,s Amn and can include throne of Bhaal.

Patrick, ToB and SoA mods are pretty much covered in a single location: SoA. Since you've already posted this same thread there, indicated your knowledge of previous mods, could check the BG2 Mods Reference Crossroads, and could search on mods (which has been discussed quite a bit in both forums, lately), there's no need for this thread.
