Jaheria and the harpers

I'm already on chapter 3 and Jaheira didn't go to the harpers bulding for consultations and I told Xzar that I didn't like him and that I wouldn't help him so what did I do wrong

You have to help Xzar to make that part move along. I believe you just need to go back and talk to him to start it.

I printed a walkthrough of the npc quests and it says that early in the game jaheria will get called for a meeting with the harpers and I'm alreay on chapter 3 and she hasn't done anything

I am in Chapter 7, and Jaheira haven´t left me yet, but I think I talked to Xar and said I wasen´t interested in helping his friend and then Xar left me :-(

As I said you have to do Xzars quest to start this.
