I use the KotOR savegame editor...
Quicker, and you can see what you are doing...

Thank you. I'm going to play it without cheating because I want to see if anything is different from the Xbox version. But will be trying that out soon. Do you know where I can get the Yavin4 patch?

the pc version has yavin 4 already, unlike the x-box version so you don't need a patch to get it

This is KotOR 2 - so no yavin. I cant find a patch for it...

I've just looked on the galaxy map and don't see a Yavin 4. Does it appear later in the game?

no, but there are some pretty good stores on the planets. in general, you can make most of the better items using a workbench or labstation anyway. as your skills increase, more items are available to make (and i think more items become available to make the further into the game you get as well)

The Xbox has no custom things unforunatelly...kinda wish it did, but Yavin 4 was only avalible for the KOTOR I on PC, the xbox has no extra content download through xbox live I've already checked that out when I first got the game last year.
