Where to sell expensive soul gem

I have a soul gem worth 60,000 gold. Where can I find someone who has that kind of money to buy such an expensive item?
Use the advanced search function on GameBanshee to look up "expensive," and you'll find both people to sell expensive goods to, and where to find them.
