Urgent! Tomb of Souls/Trickster Ascension

I have been playing Rogue (I have Rogue, Boduka, Ninja lord ((2 blank acension slots left)) character. I have aquired Ninja Lord level but do not seem to be able to get the guild of mystery to give me the trickster ascension. (I have cleaned out the Tomb of Souls and have gained Vartugg's eye but when I went back to Skuldoon Vartugg is still away. (I am playing CE version) The watcher is supposed to summon Agula but I don't get any dialogue choices for this. Can Anyone tell me where I went wrong and how can I fix this!!!

Vortug will be in a "trip" untill you have brought 4 realics of power to Talendor.
I don't know about the other part because I started a new save before I got to the Tomb Of Souls.

Your Rogue slot is full. If you want to fill the empty classes you need to join a differant guild. D

Thanks for the info it explains a lot. As an aside has anyone gotten the Nether spell Dragon Claws to work? If so How?
