Post by Silverleaf »

I'm on that island with the pirates and the brothel. I've killed the wizard and taken the ward stone to enter spellhold (?)..... How do I actually get there?? I'm stuck in this godforsaken place just walking around talking to everyone and can't seem to get off this island.....help......

Hold it. Before you walk there, you may want to consider the fact that you get a lot of experience for talking the pirate leader into having you commited. I think it may cause you to miss out on some things in the asylum, however. Anyone else got any comments on that?

Well, I just entered the Asylum last night, using the ward stone. (having played until I finally had to save and quit and pass out on my bed)
And there are plenty of riddles and beasties, just on level one, to give you alot of experience, probably just as much or more as the committed-thing, although I never did it, so I don't know the exact amount for that option.

Not to mention all the magical items you can get, plus the 20000 XP you get right off the bat for killing the Adept guy.

Just my opinion.
