Isle of Thumzand: Nerevarine's Castle -Plugin

Who has this MOD? I need help with one quest in this mod, i need to get inside the mines below castle, lich has send me on a quest to get artifact from sotha sill, where the hell is it ?!?!?!?!
Is this connected with main story of tribunal ??

The mod quest may use basic game NPCs, of course, altogether i do not think they would have changed the MQ, if only by mistake (who would wish to broke the MQ?).

I hardly believe you could find an answer here, where only that much of us are left by now (though it's not impossible altoghether). You'd better try Morrowind Mods forum at The Elder Scrolls Forums (registration is free), it's quite possible you might even run into the author. Try search by mod name first, of course.
