It is beyond me where/what Protection From Evil 10' Radious is. I assume it is either a mage or cleric spell, I'd guess cleric. But I only have Jaheira in my party and she doesn't have it (yet?). Where can I buy this spell? Wait, did I just answer my own question? Can I buy it in a temple?

BTW I took Minsc (Ranger 15) with Red Dragon Armor, Ring of Earth Control, Ring of Protection +2 (AC -7), wielding two +2 maces and "forced" him to fight Jaheira (and she to fight him) J with AC -7 and +2 Scimatar. Unpause and *foomp* Minsc slays her without being damaged. Reset and due 9 more times = Minsc not hurt once. Interesting. Then I disarmed Minsc and did it again, close fights 7 to Jaheira 3 to Minsc). Their dialog when you force them to beat each other senseless is pretty good....

Protection from evil 10' radius is a cleric spell. This spell will increase your save vs fear spells by 1. It will also prevent summoned demons like Pit Fiends from attacking you and your party members...trust me you want this spell. If you don't have a cleric...get one.

My question was "where IS the damn spell".

Umm just in case you are confused...clerics do not scribe spells....they are given to them by thier god..so they automatically have them when they reach that level...so looking for a scroll to scribe is pointless

And you can buy cleric spells at some temples, for example I bought several Raise Deads...

I agree...cause I'm confused as all hell...where is "protection from evil 10' radius"....as in where will i find it...is it in a room or in a box...is it a on person, in a place or thing?....im really confused...I dunno the only place i've ever had to look was at anomen or viconia to get it...

Of course you can buy cleric spell, and of course they are at the temple. You are given some as you level up, but there appears to be more available. I know for a fact that I had to purchase 'restoration' in order to learn it.

Yes, you've got it. I'm asking where I can find the scroll with that spell written on it. Is it in a temple, or on someone I kill, or in a store, or in a chest, etc. etc. I'm trying not to have more than a total of four chars in the party.

yes...you can buy restoration and learn it...but that was your mage no?...did your cleric scribe it...I've beaten the game with a priest of help and never scribed anything...only mages scribe...even if you buy the scroll from a temple like restoration.

if you wanna buy protection from evil scrolls...you will just have to visit a temple that sells it...I've never bought one so I don't know which temple would sell it...try the lathander temple..he's a good god maybe they would have it...

No, I am not a Weasel but DRAKRON and I can tell that the spell is a 4th Level cleric spell, Now how do I now this, well its quite simple. I am reading the manual, the spells descripions are there.
I dont think that you can find a scroll with that spell, since cleric spell scrolls are quite rare.
Try the temples, if there is one, most likely its there.

Thanks Drakron...i was starting to wonder about my sanity for a second there...I really didn't know fouldwimmerlaik was asking bout where the scroll was cause I couldn't figure on why there'd be a need for that with so many clerics running around...

If this is the same party with the riduculously low ability scores, have you considered that your, erm, 'people' can't open a scroll, let alone read it?

Seriouly, their intelligence my be related to how many spells are inately given upon level-up.

Erm, protection from evil 10' is a cleric spell. Jaheira is a druid.

Update: Druids cast mainly cleric spells, plus a couple extra druid spells.
