are the propylons the places where you use the indexs because if it is, no. I mean the actual items. (they're called Propylon Indexs)

Yes, I thought so. 
Do an advanced search in this forum on Propylon, and you'll find a complete listing, not only of each Propylon location, but of how to get there. Along with plenty of other material about the Propylons themselves.
Since the site owner doesn't want duplication threads in the database, this thread is closed. But if you have any further questions about the Propylons and can't find an answer in our database or walkthrough, just ask.
