Is there another master trainer for enchanting? I tried Qorwynn but he just tried to kill so I can't talk to him. I didn't hurt him at all by the way. I think he hates me because i'm a dark elf and he's a high elf.

there is only one Master trainer.
Try using Charm on him/her.

Calm Humanoid, not Charm. As soon as he's Calmed you can bribe him, Charm, whatever, but first Calm him. You're going to do this for each training session, though - unless you'd found some way to Calm him permanently (i do not know such way).

Just be aware that even if you have both Enchant and Intelligence at 100, your chances of actually enchanting something are still quite minimal. People have to go to ridiculous measures to make this work effectively. One tactic is to brew countless 'fortify intelligence' and 'fortify luck' potions and stack the effects. Personally, I don't see the point. Given how easy it is to make cash in the game, it's a lot easier to simply visit an enchanter.

I was so happy to make an amulet that conjures a long sword, but ever since then, I haven't been able to make anything.
I love my enchantment to unlock anything. It took me a while to think of creating it, but now I dont need any picks, which saves a lot of time scrolling through all my stuff.

Enchantment skill is most important to use enchanted items, not to make them. As higher is your skill was as more charges you could get out from such items, and, on the second hand, you would have more luck with recharging with high Enchant skill. Paradoxally, but fighter types using enchanted weaponry "on strike" benefit from high Enchant skill most of all.

@Loredweller,
very good point! I find that I can survive with my Enchant levels quite low (usually a good night's sleep does the job for me), but, that being said, I don't normally use many enchanted items either.
note 1: Apparently Skink, the Argonian in the Sadrith Mora mage's guild, will train your Enchant up to 63.
note 2: Using filled soul gems (the lower end ones are best) to recharge items also increases your Enchant ability.

Thanks Dragon Wench!

level 63 will be enough.
