I need help, i need to know what is the earliest part in the game (TLC) that i can get to Snowspire (and how to get there) because i want to get the fire assassin armor as soon as possible!! plz help

You can't reach Snowspire until near the end of the game.

Two things:
1) Place the word SPOILER in your thread title if you are revealing information, namely the place Snowspire, and killing JoB.
2) Yes, in answer to your question you have to kill him.
