I killed her before I could heal her...
And now Master Aryon is telling me I should wait a few days to see if something happens however nothing is happening. There is a new qween in the cave but he will not let me progress or give me the spell.
He did give me instructions on proceding to find the building contracter
What can I do

if i understand corectly you cant progress in house telvani.....
load previous game
if you can go on with quests and stronghold then leave that problem.......

I can Go on with other quests but thats the first of his quests and I canot get onto the next ones untill I cure the queen... Which I already killed .
Is there a way to restore her by consol command?

You should to be able to console in the journal entry, which would allow you to finish the quest.
I'm not sure what command that would be though, so you'll have to ask one of our resident computer literates.

For the journal open the console - Journal “name of journal from TESCS” number associated with completion, then enter and close console, but you need to find the journal heading from the TESCS, and the number.
I think it is HT_MineCure and for curing her it's 70, for finishing the whole thing 100 so either:
Journal “HT_MineCure” 70
or
Journal “HT_MineCure” 100 - if you do not want to even talk to him again. Be sure to save before attempting this though, it's been while since I've done this!
