Nope, no replacements.

You also miss out on getting Ronok the Axe because you have to be married to Lady Grey to get inside the Demon Door.
As for the key, you can follow the Marry Lady Grey quest all the way to killing Thunder and getting the key before you turn her in. You do the whole quest until you fight Thunder, fight him and kill him. Then do the alternate quest, talk to the boyfriend, get into the basement and Grey appears and you have the option of marrying her or not. Choose to not marry her. You get the key from in front of the cave but you still get to turn her in and become Mayor yourself.
I find it funny that you can't sleep in your own bed in the Manor, you get evil points for looting the key from the bed and the room is still called "Lady Grey's Bedroom".

Are you playing TLC PC or Xbox?
If it's PC, i might be able to send you a mod with an extra silver key in a chest somewhere

I have to rent the game and xbox from video store because
a) My computers video card isnt compatable with pc version (EB games were kind enough for us to swap it for a different game even though we had it for months)
b) My parents* won't let me buy a xbox to use at home, unless I win it in a compition.
c) Things are easier to rember in groups of three and there is no "c)".
*you guys might have left home, but then again, I'm a kid in secondary school who has just had his 14th birthday.
