one use per day?

i have the helmet that allows you to cast simulacrum(sp?) once per day as well as some other equipment with similar uses. however, i can't figure out how to use them? any answers? there isnt an option in my special abilities or my spell books.

also an unrelated question. ive completed most of the quests of athkala in chp. 2 except for the unseeing eye. ive also defeated the trolls at the keep. any ideas on whats the best quest to do next? unseeing eye, windspear hills, umar hills, trademeet...?

The use depends on the item.
Ex glasses of idetification(3 times a day) just put te item you on the same inventory were you have the glasses and rigth clic the item you get a "from scroll" active just press it,Horn of Vallaha just put on Quick Item slot and use it like a potion(just click on it on the main screen)the helm need to use the button that look like a backpack you will see a icon just press it.

...Trademeet is smooth sailing, easy XP and some good equipment to be bought (AFTER the quests..hehe). Windspear and Umar Hills are about even, cool monsters, cool equip but with Umar Hills a better story...(not that this matters anyway).
btw. Unseeing Eye could be hard if you're magic-lacking...
