How/Where to Resurrect NPCs?

I must be missing something, because I just can't figure out how or where to resurrect my dead companions - ?
I'm in the Lower Ward currently...

Do you mean that you haven't gotten the resurrect ability? Because you do that by returning to the ghost of your love in the mortuarium, and speaking to her. Remember to be nice.

As fable said, re-gaining your resurrect ability is the best way to go. That way, you don't have to use Fall-From-Grace's spell slot for the resurrection spell... which is the not-so-good alternative....

The divine censer, which can be bought from Mebbeth and some other people, is another not-so-good possibility.
