Mega glitch on Xbox (spoiler) (sort of)

I am playing as a dark elf and I am in charge of Telvanni. I have also been named hotortor of all the houses. Yesterday I went to see duke Dren and talked about the subject Hlaau Hotortor. He said to me that because I spared his brothers life (which I didn't) he would name me master of house Hlaau. I came out of conversation and looked at the stats menu. I was Archmagister of the telvanni and an Oathman of the Hlaau. Will this do anything to ruin my game. I'm on Xbox by the way.
