Malokan and dark pact bracelet

Anybody know what the hex code is for the dark pact bracelet? I killed Malokan with a bow while I was in the water and he didn't drop anything. I've also noticed when you kill many things in DL with a bow they don't drop anything like they do if you kill them with melee or spells. Anybody else experience this? Thanks in advance.
