I'm in the sewers trying to swim up some hole using 'b' but it ain't working. How can I actually swim up? It's really awful in there *blech*! I so hate the sound of it, too!

Just angle yourself up with the mouse. That and I think you can use SpaceBar to go straight up.

I've never actually used 'b'. I'm not sure what it's for. I just point the mouse where I want to go and use the arrow keys - even for swimmming.
