has anyone out there been able to find or buy the fire or ice storm spells in ce as i would love to hear what spells people have been able to find

also has anyone found Urth's Wrath, Fire Missiles and Prismatic Rays

i have not been able to find those spells either nor several other run magic spells.
i wonder if those spells have not been implemented in the game or maybe they're only available when playing in 'hard' mode.
