ok,i just started again and i have done all luxas quest and i am working for czerka and idestroyed the console and killed the gaurds at the entrace to the exchange base, HOW TO I GET IN !?!?!?

Load another savegame...
By the way, if you put a more relevant title, people tend to help more...
Did you have to destroy the console to open the door? Sometimes that is an option...
Try entering and exiting the area...

I've read in a lot of FAQs and Walkthroughs that there is no solution; if you've destroyed the console, you're stuck. You'll need a save game from before you destroyed it.
As a general rule, many players find it helpful to keep a cycle of 6 or more save games and save every 10 mins or so. Thus you have save games for the last hour. Plus many players keep the first save game on a planet. The reason is even if you don't do one of the things that makes the game unwinnable, there are at least 7 bugs which make the game unwinnable if you trigger one (probably more, that's the ones I can think of off the top of my head that are regular)

Please lable your titles as somewhat meaningfull instead of generic "help me" evern with multiple letters.
It will enable people to help you more easily as many simply avoids threads like this.
