I am trying to get back into the gated elven community.. the stockade fence area dividing Fargrove from Arindale. I had already went to the Lady of the lake much earlier in my game to get the ordained favor the first time to get past the gate. I had gotten a quest from Elder Uriel Dane and I went and completed it. I am trying to get back to the Elder guy and give him his stuff but i cannot get inot the gated area. I returned baack to the lady of the lake but she is no longer there and neiother is the shade thing that i killed earlier inmy game. Any suggestions on how to get into the gate?

Once you've obtained the favor from the lady of the lake, the elves should open the gate for you every time you approach. If they're not, then it must be some sort of bug. I wouldn't be surprised if there's some way to backflip into the elven fortress, but I've never looked into it.
